Water Week DAY #1
Welcome to Day #1!
Remember that today is the first day of water week. Hopefully you didn't pick up that morning coffee yet or drink some OJ with your breakfast. If you did, its ok... Just begin again.
Here is a reminder of the formula: Take your body weight and divide that number by 2. This is the number of ounces of water you should be drinking every day. For example: if you are 200 lbs and you divide that by 2 the you get 100 oz of water. I know that sounds like a lot but lets put it in perspective.... That would be enough water to fill 2 big gulp cups. or five 20 oz cups of coffee.
